Miles and Months later...
First off... i'll start with some random picture...
While shopping for groceries, while looking for something to spice up my lunch (sandwiches most of the time), I came across Heinz(R) Chili Sauce... Well, I was skeptical at first, but well, other than hopes, what's there to lose right? So, I bought it and tried it, and of course, was disappointed by its spiciness, more like lack thereof.
Then, bought this awhile back, while surfing some shopping sites, I think it was featured on Buy.com, so, I bought a solar-powered charger. Thinking that it would be cool (branding myself as a nerd here) to be green, I gave it a try.
See... It's charging my iPod. The problem is, you need rather strong direct sunlight to actually charge an iPod. If you look at the yellow legal pad beneath the charger, you can actually see the word 'Max Likelihood'... I was studying...
OK... enough of random stuff. So, I was MIA for awhile, mainly for three reasons... First and the biggest reason was I was lazy.
Now that I got that out of the way - 2nd, I was preparing for a marathon, which I did ran two Sundays ago. I finished way outside my target time of 4 hours. I guessed I wasn't fully prepared for it.
Me at the Cape Cod Marathon starting line...
It was a little warmer than I like.
Can you find Waldo?
I mentioned it was Cape Cod Marathon right?
After a long 4 hours and 45 minutes... Me stepping on the time mat... Outslogging a few people in my last few hundred yards...
Warning... gross picture of my blisters...
Too late...
Me wrapped in a 'space blanket' with my medal... :-)
And my third reason... last Monday, I took my 4th actuarial exam (AGAIN)... Exam C/4 ... It was much tougher than the previous ones, and I was a little demoralized, but after comparing with PAK, I'm actually on the higher end of the passing mark. So, hopefully, I'll pass it this time...
That's all for now... Gonna go catch up with movies and books and magazines...

I bought the same chili sauce a couple of months too! And yes, it's more like a sweet chili flavored sauce without spiciness.
who was taking your pictures?
I was wondering who took the pictures too
my buddy teck hua... He's the one that drove me back to my apartment too. Thanks again!
I had to look twice at the blister photo.. The 2 shoes made me think that you legs were still planted on the ground!
Anyway, well done on the marathon! I'm sure you did well under the circumstances.
and i just noticed, you're using the new pair of shoes for this marathon?
yeah... well, i did put on about 200 miles on this pair by the time I was running for the Marathon.
