Waiting for my rocket to come...

Hey all, it's me again, it has been awhile since I updated you guys about my last week, not really, but it just felt that way for me. I've no idea why, it just felt so.

Anyway, I'm now at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) waiting for my flight to take me back to Ann Arbor, via Hong Kong, Los Angeles and then Chicago, before stopping at Detroit. Whew, that's a mouthful. Good thing is there's wireless here, so, I can rant and I can read up on all the crazy news in the world.

Last week had been a crazy one for me, it's crazy even without the booze and all. My body clock was all messed up, sleeping at 5am, and waking at 10am, and then, going to here and there and everywhere. Fun!!! Fun!!! Fun!!!

So, Monday, I felt so bored as I had been working for 11-weeks and all of a sudden, I'm free, and empty, yup, I've admitted this time and time again, I'm a workaholic. So, luckily, my friend Kenny gave me a Tower Defense game, and so, I did nothing but killing creeps (AI) walking on programed path by building towers, it's about maximizing the money u get from killing creeps, and also the timing of building certain towers at certain time. It's not rocket science, but definitely need some financial management skill, and also, nimber fingers on hotkeys.

So, after much trying, saving and loading (acid-test) kinda strategy, I finally beat the Element TD playing super hard mode, without heroes! :) I'm soooo proud of myself, having spent more than 10 hours mastering that map. :)

So, I was bored. On Tuesday, my bro's off day, so we went to 1 Utama to watch movies and shop. Again, I was the lamp post, always shining on my bro and Chloe. We watched Garfield 2 at CineLeisure, a nice complex with the Cinema and 3 other outlets operating. :)
The movie was funny, above average funny, but not great.

So, after that, we went to 1 Utama for an early dinner, at Nando's, just to use up my free meal voucher and a discount voucher. :) It was all too spicy, but good. An exciting dining experience. Should have ordered the not so hot choices.. :)

After the dinner, we went to walk about, as I needed to shop before going back to the states, and also, Chloe was hunting for a pair of white shoes for her sis' wedding ceremony. So we walked for hours, and then, we stopped by Kluang Station for tea, and then, walked about again, 1 Utama is huge, and then, finally, it was time for our second movie of the day, Click. It was really really good movie. Meaningful, and also, hilarious. So, after the movie, we went down to KL, near Petaling street for noodles, it was sooooo oily but sooooooo goood... The Lou Shu Fun was amazing....

Got home, at about 2am, and then, hung around until 4am, and then went to bed... it was all great...

The next day, I was pretty bored too. Oh yar, I went to renew my passport on Monday afternoon, and collected it this morning. Then, I .... couldn't remember.

Thursday, I forgot what I did, but it was all too fun. I think!

Friday, woke up early in the morning, went down to the office HQ at the Petronas Twin Tower to get my last portion of my internship allowance. After that, my dad and I continued our journey, taking LRT to terminal Putra, and from there, took a bus, and then a cable car ride to Genting. It was all good. I walked into the Genting Casino for the first time, and had a buffet lunch there. 'Invested' some money playing slots and that's about it. Being a Math major, and figuring out some of the payouts and all, I think slots have the best entertainment value, and kill more time... Later that day, my bro and Chloe came and we met up, awhile later, my dad took a reversed journey home, and my bro, Chloe and I stayed back for the Twins' concert later. It was alright. If not because of the VVIP tix that my aunt gave, we wouldn't pay a cent to watch the show... :) Sorry if I offended any Twins' fans out there... :)

My eldest bro went too, and he went to the casino for a hand or two, and we got back down at about 2am. Reached home about 3am.... Was dead tired.... :)

Saturday, other than the crazy DoTA experience at night, I forgot what I did... oh yar, I remembered, my bro and I went to have lunch at Mum's place... the nasi lemak was great, and the Portuguese Devil Curry was better... later, we went to Summit USJ to buy DVDs and all, and then, I, yes, I repeat, I drove back... Driving an auto for the first time in my life, risking my bro's less than 2-month old car, was great. And it's a HONDA... :)

At night, the DOTA was insane, I was served so badly, but well, it was all fun... need more training, but don't think I want to spend my time in the states doing that...

Sunday, I went to Sunway Pyramid to buy some gifts and all, after that, my bro's frens got us to play DOTA again! crap, played 3 games, won 1, lost 2... not too bad... the badminton match early in the morning was great too...

Man U dominated the game at night... amazing, and a confident 5-1 win... was busy packing and all, it was all wierd for me, feeling bad leaving home again, also longing to go back at the same time... crap.. i felt like shit... and finally, almost done with packing at 2am... after some internet surfing and reflecting and all, went to bed at 3am...

So, here I am, it's finally time for me to go to the gate, and will be boarding the plane soon... take care, and I'll be back soon!!!
